1. Introduction
All transportation operated by Yellow Transportation (“YT”) is subject to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the conditions listed below, including any future revisions or updates.
By using our services, you confirm that you understand how Yellow Transportation operates.
2. Reservations
About Reservations
Reservations to or from the airport are valid only for the time and date specified. Yellow Transportation is not responsible for customer errors resulting in unused reservations or missed flights. Changes to pickup or drop-off locations may affect rates and incur additional charges.
Airport Transfers
We provide private, direct, non-stop luxury transportation using Limousines, Town Cars, Luxury SUVs, and Van Charters for airport transfers.
Confirmations
Clients must confirm hotel-to-airport pickups the day before, between 9 AM and 5 PM.
Short Notice Reservations
Short notice bookings are those made less than 24 hours before the requested pickup time. While we strive to accommodate all requests, service cannot be guaranteed, and availability depends on vehicle, location, and traffic conditions.
Important: Customers must contact the office directly for short notice bookings. Online submission alone does not confirm availability. Unconfirmed bookings may be invalid.
Subcontracted partner providers may occasionally fulfill requests. No refunds are issued for reservations made less than 24 hours in advance.
Reservation Abandonment
Occurs when drivers cannot locate the customer at the designated pickup and cannot contact them using the provided “Day of Travel” phone number.
Changes to Reservation
Changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Reservations held without a new confirmed date may remain on hold for up to 2 months. Reservations on hold are non-refundable. Changes made within 48 hours may require substitution with a vehicle of similar value.
3. Rates & Gratuity
- Tolls, taxes, and additional fees may apply.
- Chauffeur gratuity is discretionary unless otherwise arranged. Group bookings of 60+ passengers automatically include a 20% gratuity.
4. Transfers & Stops
Exclusive, Non-Stop Airport Transfers
A flat rate is guaranteed at booking, including sedan or SUV service. Additional stops may incur extra fees.
Transfers with Complimentary Stops
We allow 10 – 15 minutes for grocery or liquor store stops if requested in advance. Stops beyond 20 minutes or off-route locations incur additional charges.
Wait Fees
Fees apply when drivers wait more than 10 minutes past the scheduled pickup.
5. Payments & Booking
- Advance payment is required to secure reservations.
- Online bookings are encouraged, but bookings via representative are accepted.
Booking via Representative
Email details including: arrival/departure dates, airline, flight number, passengers, bags, destination, and VIP requests. Provide credit card authorization to process payment.
Receipts
Email confirmations are provided for online or phone bookings. Airport-based bookings require customers to request receipts.
6. VIP Services
VIP Fast Track - Up to 3 Passengers
- $530 One Way for up to 3 passengers.
- $150 per extra adult and $100 per child (ages 3–13).
- Book at least 24 to 48 hours in advance
- Cancellations less than 48 hours are non-refundable.
VIP Fast Track - Up to 5 Passengers
- $750 One Way for up to 5 passengers.
- $150 per extra adult and $100 per child (ages 3–13).

Police Escort Service
- Secure priority passage through traffic for $600 one way.
- Book at least 24 to 48 hours in advance
- Cancellations less than 48 hours are non-refundable.
7. Group Bookings
- Corporate Groups: 60+ passengers, 20% gratuity automatically applied.
- Dedicated coordinators handle arrivals, departures, and transfers.
- Customized group experiences, efficient transfers, and safety are prioritized.
8. Safety
Seatbelts & Vehicle Capacities
- Seatbelts must be worn by all passengers.
- Sedans: 4 passengers | SUVs: 6 passengers | Vans: 8–12 passengers.
- Excess passengers or oversized luggage may incur additional charges.
Luggage Policy
- One carry-on per passenger rides free. Excess luggage fees may apply ($100–$300 per trip).
Smoking & Cleanliness
- Smoking prohibited.
- Excessive mess incurs $200 cleaning fee.
9. Special Handling
Wheelchair Accessibility
- Currently unavailable. Alternative arrangements recommended.
Traveling with Children
- Car seats required for ages 0–3; booster seats for ages 4–6.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by a guardian.
Pets
- Pet-friendly service; pets must be in cases/bags.
- Fee of $90 applies for pets outside carriers.
10. User Error & Travel Delays
- Customers must provide accurate info at booking.
- YT is not responsible for flight delays, traffic, or other unforeseen events.
11. Customer Care & Claims
- Notify us of any experience issues promptly.
- Flight tracking for private arrivals may differ; customers are responsible for updates.
- Claims must be filed within 45 days of service.
12. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations >24 hours before pickup: 30% admin fee.
- Cancellations <24 hours: non-refundable.
- Refunds via credit card subject to processing fees.
